The complaints cover Mundo Habit Chile (mundohabitchile dot cl), Cooperativa Confuturo (cooperativaconfuturo dot com), described as an impersonator of Compañía de Seguros Confuturo S.A., Cooperativa Forastero Capital (Foracoorp) (ficoorp dot com), described as an impersonator of Forastero Capital S.A., Inversiones SLBP SpA (website unidentified), Cooperativa de Ahorro y Consumo Consorcio (cooperativadeahorroyconsumoconsorcio dot com), Kivany (kivanycl dot com), Finan Soluciones (WhatsApp) and Grupo SM (WhatsApp). The CMF also directed the public to its Fraud Alerts Page, which allows users to verify whether an entity or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF and to consult alerts issued by the CMF and foreign regulators.
