Discussions covered recent market developments, the strategic priorities of both authorities, and a range of regulatory and supervisory topics including the development of crypto and digital assets, alongside possible closer collaboration in multilateral forums. The next dialogue is scheduled for Tokyo in fall 2026 and Washington, D.C. in spring 2027.
