The visit was presented as part of the authority’s support for national training initiatives aimed at preparing young professionals for work in the financial and investment sector. The programme included a visual presentation involving the CMA’s various sectors, covering its supervision of capital market activities and its work on transparency, investor protection, and institutional processes. Participants were also introduced to the practical work environment within the authority, career paths in the supervisory and regulatory sector, and the skills needed for such roles.
