The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has opened an online survey to gather investor feedback on the Lâmina de Ofertas Públicas, as input to a Regulatory Outcome Analysis assessing the effectiveness of the regulatory changes underpinning Brazil’s new public offering regime. The Lâmina de Ofertas Públicas was introduced by CVM Resolution 160 to simplify communication of the essential aspects of an offering to potential investors, and the analysis will cover the reforms implemented through CVM Resolutions 160 and 161. The survey is being run by CVM’s Economic Analysis, Risk Management and Integrity unit, forms part of the CVM 2026 Regulatory Agenda, and is anonymous. The questionnaire will remain available until 7 April and is expected to take around three minutes to complete.
