The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) announced the appointment of Marlon S. Johnson as Chief Operating Officer, effective 15 December 2025. In the role, he will oversee the Commission’s operations and support delivery of its strategic and regulatory objectives. Johnson brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, banking, and the public sector, including 18 years at executive level, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Paradise Games Ltd. in The Bahamas. His prior roles include serving as Financial Secretary at The Bahamas Ministry of Finance and acting as a senior advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of The Bahamas on modernization of payment systems; the FSC notes it operates as the integrated regulator for financial services businesses in or from the Turks and Caicos Islands, with responsibilities that also cover supervision of designated non-financial businesses and professions and not-for-profit entities, as well as administration of company formation and related registrations through its Commercial Registry.
