Applicants must be affiliated with a secondary, technical, or higher education institution and teach, or have taught in the past two years, subjects related to capital markets and financial education. Two courses are offered: TOP XXVII (14–18 July 2025) and TOP V Personal Financial Planning (21–23 July 2025), each with 50 in-person places and 50 online places.
