The National Bank of Ukraine published an update on its special fundraising account for Ukraine’s defence forces, reporting that about UAH 12.2 billion was transferred to defence needs in November 2025. As of 1 December 2025, the account balance exceeded UAH 30.3 billion after receiving over UAH 6.1 billion during November. Since 24 February 2022, cumulative inflows totalled nearly UAH 126.8 billion equivalent, including almost UAH 105.2 billion remitted from abroad in foreign currencies. Total disbursements since the start of the full-scale war reached almost UAH 96.7 billion, including over UAH 43.5 billion for the Defence Procurement Agency and over UAH 36.7 billion for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, alongside allocations to the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection, National Guard of Ukraine, National Police of Ukraine, Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, and other bodies; the update also noted returns of previously unused funds to the account during November.
