The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis announced two new members of the Helena Branch Board of Directors, appointing Deb Poteet and Dennis Fitzpatrick to three-year terms effective January 1, 2025. Poteet is president of Poteet Construction in Missoula, Montana, and was elected by the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Board of Directors. Fitzpatrick is CEO of Siyeh Corporation in Browning, Montana, and was appointed by the Federal Reserve System’s Board of Governors. The Helena Branch is the Minneapolis Fed’s only branch and has a five-member board that shares perspectives on local economic conditions with Bank leadership and serves as a liaison between the Federal Reserve and the community.
