The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a warning that Fire Financial Services Limited (CLONE) is not authorised to provide banking business or payment services in Ireland. The notice says the entity is impersonating the legitimate authorised firm Fire Financial Services Limited by using its name, address and Central Bank of Ireland authorisation number to deceive consumers. The warning identifies websites used by the clone, including financeportfolio.net and several .ie.de domains referencing Fire, the Central Bank, Revenue and the Department of Finance. The Bank states there is no connection between the legitimate Fire Financial Services Limited (C58301) and the fraudulent entity, and adds that the clone firm appears to be engaged in an inheritance scam using fake documentation allegedly from third parties.
