The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has updated its warning list of suspicious investment projects by adding Cronika and Trading Time. The list now contains 468 projects that the Commission identifies as showing signs of legal violations or possible fraud, with the full list available on its investor protection portal. The Commission highlighted common warning signs for investors before committing funds, including the absence of licences and legal information on founders, concealment of official operating reports, lack of state supervision, aggressive advertising, promises of unusually high profits, and failure to disclose the risk of losing money. It also asked the public to report suspicious platforms or suspected fraud cases to the Commission.
