Under the agreement, the CNMV will pursue measures to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities in its public recruitment and will run internal awareness-raising and training on inclusion. COCEMFE will support CNMV talent attraction by publicising CNMV selection processes and scholarship programmes among people with disabilities and contributing expertise to other diversity and inclusion initiatives. The CNMV linked the agreement to actions in its 2025 Activity Plan, including inclusive financial education for vulnerable groups and improving accessibility of financial information and communication channels.
