The Spanish Securities Commission (CNMV) announced a cooperation agreement with the Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (COCEMFE) to promote the social and labour inclusion of people with disabilities, including improving access to the CNMV’s public employment processes and increasing visibility of its job opportunities and scholarship programmes. Under the agreement, the CNMV will pursue measures to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities in its public recruitment and will run internal awareness-raising and training on inclusion. COCEMFE will support CNMV talent attraction by publicising CNMV selection processes and scholarship programmes among people with disabilities and contributing expertise to other diversity and inclusion initiatives. The CNMV linked the agreement to actions in its 2025 Activity Plan, including inclusive financial education for vulnerable groups and improving accessibility of financial information and communication channels.
