The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has appointed Lynn Cleary and Robert Milner as Commissioners, and noted the retirement of Matt Palmer after five years in the role. Cleary joins with more than two decades of leadership experience in finance, governance and strategic transformation, including 17 years as Chief Financial Officer of Royal Bank of Scotland International, and current non-executive positions with Foresight Solar Fund Limited, Ports of Jersey Limited and the Government of Jersey’s Treasury Advisory Panel. Milner is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey specialising in investment funds, a Partner at Carey Olsen, and has contributed to local regulatory development through work with the Jersey Funds Association and legislative and regulatory working groups; he is also a Non-Executive Director of SVF GP (Jersey) Limited.
