The Central Bank of Paraguay, through its Securities Superintendency, has expanded the scope of the Agent Registration Tool, or HRA, to further digitize securities market administrative processes. The platform now covers the registration of Other Legal Persons and Over-the-Counter Operators, as well as the cancellation of Securities Market Operators and Derivatives Market Operators. The expanded functionality took effect on Oct. 22, 2025. Documentary requirements under existing rules remain unchanged, while technical validation and issuance of the corresponding certificate continue to be handled through the platform.

Central Bank of Paraguay expands agent registration tool to cover additional securities market procedures
The Central Bank of Paraguay has broadened its Agent Registration Tool for the securities market. From Oct. 22, 2025, the platform also handles additional registrations and cancellations, while keeping existing documentary requirements unchanged.
