The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for re-issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the certification procedure. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC, and can be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s accounts at designated banks or paid directly at the Commission. If, within one year from the notice, the certificate recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that was granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee and collection deadline for re-issued securities practice certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of a securities practice certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
