The State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2179/QD-NHNN publishing newly issued, amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the area of bank establishment and banking operations to be processed via the SBV One-Stop Shop. The decision publishes the procedure set reflecting changes introduced under Circular No. 01/2025/TT-NHNN dated 29 April 2025, and amends administrative procedure code 2.000055 previously published under Decision No. 218/QD-NHNN dated 7 February 2024. Implementation is assigned to the SBV Chief of Office, the Director of the Department for Safety of the Credit Institutions System, and relevant SBV unit heads. The decision takes effect from 15 June 2025.

The State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2179/QD-NHNN detailing new and amended administrative procedures for bank establishment and operations via the SBV One-Stop Shop.
