The Central Bank of Russia announced plans to extend into 2026 the temporary right for non-bank financial institutions to not disclose certain information specified in its Board of Directors decisions of 24 December 2024 and 14 February 2025, to minimise the consequences of foreign restrictions and reduce potential sanctions risks for financial market participants and their counterparties.

Central Bank of Russia plans to extend 2026 non-disclosure relief for non-bank financial institutions
The Central Bank of Russia will extend into 2026 the temporary right for non-bank financial institutions to withhold certain information, as per decisions from December 2024 and February 2025.
