The regulator reminded consumers to verify whether virtual asset service providers and products are licensed or authorised in the jurisdiction from which they claim to operate, referenced its published list of authorised non-bank financial services providers (including virtual asset services) and registrations of Initial Coin Offerings and Non-Fungible Tokens, and encouraged the public to report suspected unlicensed activity via the FSA’s website.
