The Eurasian Group Secretariat has launched its fourth annual competition for the best financial analysis in anti-money laundering and counterterrorist financing, aimed at representatives of financial institutions in member states. The competition is intended to collect practical case studies, spread best practices and support training, stronger national systems and regional cooperation. Entries will be pre-screened by delegations from Eurasian Group member states or observers, and each delegation may nominate no more than one example. Submitted materials must be no more than 10 pages, except for annexed illustrations or graphics, and each case must include a separate graphical presentation. Examples must be no more than three years old, submitted in Russian or English, and anonymized to protect confidentiality. The final of the fourth competition will be held on Sept. 30, 2025, in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, on the sidelines of the fifth International Financial Security Olympiad. The winner and other laureates, including the recipient of the audience award, are due to be recognized in November 2025 during the 43rd Eurasian Group Plenary in Minsk, Belarus.
