The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice on payment of the fee required to complete the reissuance process for securities practising certificates, addressed to two individuals. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s designated account (with payer and certificate details included in the payment reference) or paid directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If the recipient does not complete procedures to collect the reissued certificate within one year of the notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the reissued securities practising certificate.
