The National Bank of Serbia has issued for consultation a draft law on voluntary pension funds and pension plans that would update the regulatory framework for voluntary pension fund management companies and the organization and management of voluntary pension funds, as part of Serbia’s European Union accession commitments under Chapter 9 on financial services, align the regime with Directive (EU) 2016/2341 on institutions for occupational retirement provision, and accept comments until 5 June 2026.

The National Bank of Serbia has issued for consultation a draft law on voluntary pension funds and pension plans to update the regulatory framework for voluntary pension fund management companies and the organization and management of voluntary pension funds.
