The Vietnam State Securities Commission published its response to Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group on certain provisions of the Securities Law and the Government’s Decree 155/2020/ND-CP detailing implementation of the Securities Law, as part of the Ministry of Finance’s programme to review financial and investment regulations and propose legal improvements to address regulatory obstacles.

Vietnam State Securities Commission publishes response to Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group on Securities Law and Decree 155 provisions
The Vietnam State Securities Commission responded to Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group regarding provisions of the Securities Law and Decree 155/2020/ND-CP. This is part of the Ministry of Finance's initiative to review and improve financial and investment regulations.
