Total turnover was EUR 423.4 million, comprising purchases of EUR 331.0 million and sales of EUR 92.4 million, with the euro accounting for about 72% of total turnover. By currency, euro transactions totalled EUR 306.7 million (purchases EUR 240.5 million, sales EUR 66.2 million) and US dollar transactions EUR 66.5 million (purchases EUR 50.2 million, sales EUR 16.3 million). Total turnover increased 4.7% versus the previous month and 26.1% versus May 2024. The euro equivalent is calculated using monthly average official exchange rates, and the series is published monthly by the last day of the month following the reporting month.
