The Bermuda Monetary Authority has issued a prohibition order against Mr. Joakim Samuelsson, following the conclusion of an enforcement process conducted under the Insurance Act 1978. The order prohibits Mr. Samuelsson, for an indefinite period, from being a controller of any description, director, officer, chief executive, senior executive or associate of any entity or person registered under the Insurance Act. Mr. Samuelsson was, at all material times, a director, officer and controller of Custodian Life Limited, a Bermuda-registered Class C long-term insurer, and the Bermuda Monetary Authority noted that publication of the decision is required under section 32H(7) of the Insurance Act.

The Bermuda Monetary Authority has issued an indefinite prohibition order against Mr. Joakim Samuelsson under the Insurance Act 1978, following the conclusion of an enforcement process. He is barred from acting as a controller, director, officer, chief executive, senior executive or associate of any entity or person registered under the Insurance Act, having previously served in such roles at Custodian Life Limited, a Bermuda-registered Class C long-term insurer.
