The Central Bank of Luxembourg (BCL) hosted a series of bilateral meetings between its Governor, Gaston Reinesch, and the governors of three national central banks during its IMF and World Bank Group Constituency’s annual meeting in Luxembourg from 2 to 4 July 2025. Reinesch met on 2 July with Irena Radovic, Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro, and Jasmina Selimovic, Governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, followed on 3 July by a meeting with Anca Dragu, Governor of the National Bank of Moldova.
