The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) issued two consent-based orders of prohibition in August 2025, permanently barring two former credit union employees from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution. The prohibited individuals are Jennifer Tatman, a former employee of Allied Plastics Federal Credit Union (which has merged with GP Louisiana Federal Credit Union in Zachary, Louisiana), and Michele Spanbauer, a former employee of Oshkosh Postal Employees Credit Union (which has merged with Community First Credit Union in Oshkosh, Wisconsin). Both individuals agreed and consented to the issuance of the orders to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims and agreed to comply with all terms. The NCUA noted that its administrative orders are issued under Section 206 of the Federal Credit Union Act and are searchable via the agency’s Administrative Orders webpage.
