The prohibited individuals are Jennifer Tatman, a former employee of Allied Plastics Federal Credit Union (which has merged with GP Louisiana Federal Credit Union in Zachary, Louisiana), and Michele Spanbauer, a former employee of Oshkosh Postal Employees Credit Union (which has merged with Community First Credit Union in Oshkosh, Wisconsin). Both individuals agreed and consented to the issuance of the orders to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims and agreed to comply with all terms.
