The Panama Superintendency of the Securities Market has notified investors that, under Resolution No. SMV-208-25 dated 12 June 2025, it concluded the forced liquidation of ES Bank Panama S.A. and cancelled the securities house licence granted to the firm in 2013 under the consolidated text of the Securities Market Law.

The Panama Superintendency of the Securities Market has concluded the forced liquidation of ES Bank Panama S.A. under Resolution No. SMV-208-25 dated 12 June 2025. The authority has also cancelled the securities house licence originally granted to the firm in 2013 under the consolidated text of the Securities Market Law.
