The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requesting 11 named individuals to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate to complete the certification procedure, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. The issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office or in person at the Commission. If, within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the granted securities practising certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs 11 individuals to pay VND 1,000,000 securities practising certificate issuance fee
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has requested 11 individuals to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for a securities practising certificate, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
