The Superintendency of Banks of Panama held an academic session with the Judicial Branch to exchange expertise and strengthen institutional cooperation. It was the third event organized under the authorities’ interinstitutional cooperation agreement. The agreement supports training, projects and exchanges of experience and good practices. The session sought to strengthen the legal and regulatory framework, build the capabilities of government legal professionals and support informed coordination between banking supervision and the administration of justice.
