The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) published an announcement that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of INVESTMETER FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF151) under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain recorded in the RAIF Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIF Register once the process has been completed and all necessary documents have been submitted, in line with article 138(9) of the law.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces dissolution and liquidation process for INVESTMETER FUND RAIF
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of INVESTMETER FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The Registered Alternative Investment Fund will remain listed as "under liquidation" until the process is complete, after which it will be removed from the RAIF Register.
