The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has reissued the licence of JSC “Centras Life” Life Insurance Company to conduct insurance (reinsurance) activities in the “life insurance” line. The reissuance was completed under the established procedure because the legal entity changed its name, with the company previously operating as JSC “Kommesk-Life” Life Insurance Company. The action was taken under an order (No. B-81) signed by the Agency’s Deputy Chair on 22 April 2026.

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has reissued the licence of JSC “Centras Life” Life Insurance Company to conduct insurance and reinsurance activities in the life insurance line. The licence was reissued following the company’s name change from JSC “Kommesk-Life” Life Insurance Company under an order signed by the Agency’s Deputy Chair on 22 April 2026.
