The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in the accompanying list to pay the statutory fee for the re-issuance of securities practising certificates to complete the certification process, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or directly at the Commission. Payment instructions require including the certificate holder’s name and identification document number, and the Commission will cancel the certificate by decision if the holder does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year of the notice.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests payment of VND 1,000,000 re-issuance fee for securities practising certificates
