The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia appointed Bill Wafford, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer of QVC Group, to its Economic and Community Advisory Council (ECAC). Wafford joined QVC in 2023 as chief financial officer and was appointed chief administrative officer in 2024, overseeing the company’s global financial activities. Established in 2008, the ECAC comprises leaders from business, nonprofit, philanthropic, academic, public sector and labor organizations, and provides the Philadelphia Fed’s senior leadership with input on emerging trends, issues and market conditions in the Third Federal Reserve District.
