The Montenegro Capital Market Authority announced the completion of a three-day education programme for investment advisers in Montenegro, bringing together participants from financial institutions and investment companies. It was the second such programme organised in 2025, reflecting continued demand for training in capital market topics relevant to investment advisory services. The curriculum combined practical and theoretical modules covering the legal regime for capital markets, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, takeovers of joint-stock companies, and an overview of capital market institutions. Speakers included Dr Neda Ivović, Aleksandar Radović, Commission member Draško Malbaški, Commission president Željko Drinčić, and Ilda Pepić from the Authority’s supervision function for market oversight, corporate governance and AML/CFT.
