The Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa has launched a call for expressions of interest to recruit an individual consultant as Project Procurement Officer for an African Development Bank funded project aimed at strengthening capacities to combat money laundering and terrorist financing in West African states in transition. The role is intended to support procurement delivery and compliance across the project. The assignment covers quarterly updates to the procurement plan, maintenance of procurement records, monitoring of timelines and delays, preparation and publication of requests for expressions of interest and requests for proposals, and review of technical specifications and terms of reference. It also includes preparing tender and quotation documents, supporting bid opening, evaluation and contract award processes, drafting contracts, following up on required no objection documents, ensuring compliance with the financing agreement and applicable procurement rules, recording contractual commitments, publishing tender results and supporting the Internal Procurement Committee and other bid analysis or contract award bodies. Expressions of interest are requested by 14 November 2025 at 17:00 GMT.
