The Central Bank of the Philippines has launched the BSP E-Learning Academy Know Your Money course, a free self-paced interactive online program designed to improve the ability of Filipino cash handlers to identify genuine banknotes and coins and support currency integrity. Available through BELA from 05 May 2026, the course is intended to widen nationwide access to updated training in this area. Developed by the central bank’s currency experts, the program covers currency authentication, proper cash handling, relevant laws and regulations, and central bank policies and programs on preserving currency integrity. It is aimed at cash handlers from banks, non-bank financial institutions, and retail establishments, and participants who complete the training will receive Central Bank of the Philippines certificates.
