The Financial Superintendence of Colombia announced a new round of the joint “Me informo y cuido mi dinero” campaign in Cúcuta on 16–17 April, to be delivered with Colombia’s Superintendence of Companies and Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. The initiative focuses on fraud prevention and protecting the public’s financial resources through practical training for entrepreneurs, students and the general public. Four training sessions are planned across the two days, including two public sessions at the Cúcuta Chamber of Commerce on 16 April (8:00 a.m.) and 17 April (10:00 a.m.), where officials will provide tools to identify risks and prevent different fraud typologies. A further session will be held at Simón Bolívar University on 16 April (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), aligned with the campaign’s broader approach of combining in-person talks with prevention messages disseminated through regional media.
