The Bank of Portugal issued a warning that António Manuel de Almeida Rodrigues and Pronto a Crescer – Compra e Venda de Imóveis, Unipessoal, Lda. are not authorised to carry out lending or any other financial activity subject to the Bank’s supervision in Portugal. It noted that lending, as defined in Article 4(1)(b) of the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies, may only be performed by authorised entities under Articles 8 and 10 of that framework.

The Bank of Portugal has warned that António Manuel de Almeida Rodrigues and Pronto a Crescer – Compra e Venda de Imóveis, Unipessoal, Lda. are not authorised to conduct lending or any financial activities under its supervision. Lending activities are restricted to entities authorised under the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies.
