The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has provided an update on its public survey on motor finance, launched earlier in the year to gather consumer experiences following the implementation of the Lending, Credit and Finance Law on 1 July 2023. The Commission is assessing the responses and expects to publish its findings in early 2026. Survey participants were invited to nominate a charity to receive a small donation from the Commission, with Les Bourgs Hospice selected for a donation under this arrangement.

Guernsey Financial Services Commission reviews motor finance public survey responses ahead of early 2026 findings
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission updated on its motor finance survey, initiated to collect consumer feedback post-implementation of the Lending, Credit and Finance Law on 1 July 2023. The Commission is reviewing responses and plans to release findings in early 2026. Les Bourgs Hospice was chosen to receive a donation from the Commission as part of the survey initiative.
