The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) published a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public between March 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026. The list covers national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that received CRA ratings. The OCC reiterated that CRA examinations assess how institutions meet the credit needs of their entire communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations, with possible ratings of outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance. The OCC also noted it maintains a searchable online archive of public CRA evaluations issued since April 1996 and separately publishes the list of institutions scheduled for CRA compliance examinations in the next two calendar quarters.
