The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission decided to impose a final ban on the publication of a corrected tender offer by Medical Consumables Ltd to purchase shares in Momina Krepost AD through the investment intermediary Sofia International Securities AD. It also entered three Sopharma AD warrant issues in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities for trading on a regulated market. The registered Sopharma warrants comprise three dematerialised, registered, freely transferable series, each issued at EUR 0.14 per warrant with a 1:1 warrant-to-share subscription ratio: 8,985,800 warrants (ISIN BG9200001253) exercisable within three years to subscribe shares at EUR 1.84 per share, 8,985,816 warrants (ISIN BG9200004257) exercisable within five years at EUR 2.33 per share, and 8,985,817 warrants (ISIN BG9200003259) exercisable within seven years at EUR 2.91 per share. Separately, the Commission confirmed receipt of Standard Capital Shareholdings Inc.’s notification regarding the acquisition of a direct qualified participation in Barents Insurance EAD and noted that the statutory deadline to rule expires on 26 June 2026. It also notified multiple European Economic Area competent authorities about Boleron Consulting Ltd’s intention to carry out insurance intermediation under the freedom to provide services and determined the individual annual contributions for 2026 to the Investment Intermediary Resolution Fund.
