The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported approvals for seven insurance-sector executives issued between Aug. 18 and Aug. 31, 2026. The approvals cover governing body leadership and membership, independent director, accounting and other senior management roles. The approved individuals are Gulnara Nazkhanova as a governing body member, independent director and chief accountant; Bagytzhan Kozhrakov and Gulnara Dilimbetova as heads of governing bodies; Altynai Kalenova, Farkhad Yusupov and Moldir Ashimbek as deputy chief accountants; and Almaz Nurgaliev as another senior executive. An approved executive may transfer to a similar position within the same sector without additional approval if the statutory qualification requirements are met.
