Panama’s Superintendency of the Securities Market appointed Rafael Moscarella as the new liquidator for PLUS CAPITAL MARKET, INC., replacing the previous liquidator in the ongoing forced liquidation process. This appointment was made via Resolution SMV-384-25 of 24 September 2025.
