Morocco's Supervisory Authority on Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), together with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports, organised the second edition of the Best Insurance Video Contest for economics high school students, expanding the initiative to the Oriental, Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Guelmim-Oued Noun, and Casablanca-Settat regions. An awards ceremony in Rabat on April 10, 2026 recognised 12 winners from the Regional Academies of Education and Training in these regions. The contest invited students to produce educational videos on the role of insurance in everyday life, focusing on protection against unforeseen events and safeguarding people and property. Winning projects were selected on originality, relevance and production quality, with judging carried out by representatives of the ministry, ACAPS and the four Regional Academies involved; winners received trophies and prizes. The initiative sits within a broader, gradually expanding national awareness-raising effort linked to the 2022–2026 roadmap objectives on students’ personal development and civic engagement.
