European Central Bank Banking Supervision has published an updated Volume III of its digital compilation of European Union legal acts on banking supervision, replacing the December 2023 edition. The volume consolidates key acts governing the European Central Bank’s supervisory organization, internal bodies and procedures, ethics framework and public access to documents. The compilation also includes related measures covering supervisory information-sharing, joint supervisory teams, institutional protection schemes, funding-plan reporting, data subject rights and the use of European System of Central Banks services. It is a reference tool without legal effect, and the authentic versions of the acts remain those published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
