The Hong Kong Monetary Authority published an update noting that the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF) has admitted 23 senior executives to the Financial Leaders Programme (FLP) 2025, with participants drawn from banking, insurance, investment banking and asset management, professional services, fintech and financial regulatory bodies. Launched in 2022, the part-time programme typically admits around 20 talents from diverse backgrounds at around two levels below chief executive officer, and is structured to facilitate dialogue with senior leaders across financial services and other sectors. Applications for the 2025 cohort ran from 5 November to 15 December 2024, and the AoF Membership Committee approved 23 applicants following a competitive selection process; 63 participants have graduated since the programme began.
