The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved its certificates on two draft laws and adopted a package of supervisory, registration and licensing decisions, including granting URB LLC a licence for professional activity in organized commodity markets to organize the conclusion of derivative contracts on commodity exchanges. As part of supervision, the Commission registered changes to URB LLC’s rules and agreed amendments to the charter of the All-Ukrainian Pension Fund CARE. On registration and licensing, it approved appendices to the prospectuses for NovaPay Credit LLC corporate bonds (series D, E, J, B, G and N), registered a non-public issue of MONEYVEO FAST FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE LLC registered corporate interest-bearing ordinary unsecured bonds (series C), registered the results report and cancellation of the registration for AMO LEASING LLC corporate bonds (series B), registered the results report for a non-public share issue by PJSC HOTEL UKRAINE, and approved draft charters and share issue registrations for JSC ZNVCIF TELLUR INVEST, APEX, SCALES, NAINITAL and CALADONIA to form initial authorized capital.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved certificates on two draft laws and adopted supervisory, registration, and licensing decisions, including granting URB LLC a license for professional activity in organized commodity markets. The Commission registered changes to URB LLC’s rules and amendments to the All-Ukrainian Pension Fund CARE's charter. It also approved prospectus appendices for NovaPay Credit LLC bonds, registered bond issues, and approved draft charters and share issue registrations for several companies.
