The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) held an internal training conference for its officials and civil servants on the Law on Promulgation of Normative Legal Documents and related detailed implementing and guidance instruments, aimed at updating knowledge and practical skills for drafting and implementing legal documents. The half-day programme focused on two topics: the main provisions of the 2025 Law on Promulgation of Normative Legal Documents and Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP as amended by Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP; and the Ministry of Finance’s Regulation on drafting, issuing and organizing the implementation of normative legal documents issued under Decision No. 3132/QD-BTC dated 9 September 2025, which replaces Decision No. 2829/QD-BTC dated 27 November 2024. Presentations were delivered by representatives from the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance, followed by discussion and Q&A with SSC units.
