Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) issued General Resolution No. 1074 to simplify the rules for financial trusts with automatic authorisation for frequent issuances, allowing financial fiduciaries to choose, on an issuance-by-issuance basis, how they will instrument and submit prospectus supplements. The updated framework offers three paths: (i) file an Annual Prospectus Supplement for Frequent Issuances that is updated annually and publish an Abbreviated Prospectus Supplement for Frequent Issuances for each issuance, (ii) file the annual supplement and an abbreviated supplement per issuance but opt not to update the annual supplement, in which case once its validity expires a full prospectus supplement with all information required under current rules must be filed for each issuance, or (iii) file a full prospectus supplement for each issuance under the General Regime.
