The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of a new closed-end special securities investment fund for public subscription, named BFA RENDE+. The fund’s investment policy is to allocate to opportunities identified in the money and capital markets by building a portfolio of securities assets. It will be managed by BFA Gestão de Activos – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A., with Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A. acting as depositary.

The Angola Capital Markets Commission has authorized the registration of BFA RENDE+, a closed-end special securities investment fund for public subscription. The fund will invest in money and capital market opportunities, managed by BFA Gestão de Activos – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A., with Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A. as depositary.
