The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission approved the registration statement of DMCI Project Developers Inc. for 2,138 certificates of participation in pool sharing agreements, subject to remaining requirements. Registered under the streamlined SEC RENT framework, the rental pool program carries a PHP 50,000 joining fee per participant and aggregate joining fees of PHP 106.9 million. The program covers condotel units in the Solmera Coast project in Batangas and Moncello Crest project in Benguet, which are expected to be completed by February 2028 and August 2029, respectively. Participating owners must enter into a management contract under which an operator runs the units as a unified hospitality business and distributes room revenue after taxes, fees and other charges. The contract has an initial 10-year term and renews automatically unless the parties agree otherwise.
